Our Journey
The Abdallah Brothers
Abdallah Brothers Bakery was founded by the Abdallah brothers, who brought the recipes and traditions of Lebanese baking from their homeland to Dandenong. For decades, we have been waking up before sunrise to ensure our community has access to the freshest, most authentic Lebanese bread and pastries.
The Beginning
The Abdallah brothers opened their first bakery in Dandenong, bringing generations-old Lebanese recipes to Melbourne's southeast. What started as a small family bakery quickly became a local favourite.
Growing with the Community
As Dandenong's love for authentic Lebanese food grew, so did we. We expanded our menu, added cafe service, and began catering for community events — from intimate family gatherings to large celebrations.

Today, Abdallah Brothers Bakery is one of Melbourne's only establishments combining an authentic Lebanese bakery, cafe, restaurant, sweets and a full Middle Eastern supermarket — all under one roof. We stock groceries from Lebanon, UAE, Iraq, Syria and across the Middle East.

Our mission has always been to cook great tasting food from the freshest ingredients, while always keeping a close watch to make sure the authentic flavours of the food and sweets we serve are never lost. We make the best Lebanese Food and Sweets.

Due to the large demand for Middle Eastern food products, Abdallah Brothers Bakery Dandenong now stocks a large range of grocery products direct from all over the Middle East and Lebanon. Products from all over the Middle East, traditional products from all over Lebanon, products from UAE, Iraq and Syria.

We are a family business, and we treat every customer like family. Our recipes have been passed down through generations and we are proud to share them with Dandenong.
Freshness
Everything is baked fresh, every single day. No preservatives, no shortcuts. We start baking at 5 AM so you can walk in at 6 AM and enjoy bread that is still warm from the oven.
Community
Dandenong is our home. We have seen generations of families grow up eating our bread, and we are honoured to be part of the fabric of this community.
