The Abdallah Brothers
AB Bakery was founded by the Abdallah brothers, who brought the recipes and traditions of Lebanese baking from their homeland to Dandenong. For decades, we've been waking up before sunrise to ensure our community has access to the freshest, most authentic Lebanese bread and pastries.
From our signature thin Lebanese bread to delicate baklava, every item is crafted with the same care and dedication that has defined our bakery since day one. We believe that great food brings people together — and that's exactly what we aim to do.

We are a family business, and we treat every customer like family. Our recipes have been passed down through generations and we're proud to share them with Dandenong.
Freshness
Everything is baked fresh, every single day. No preservatives, no shortcuts. We start baking at 5 AM so you can walk in at 6 AM and enjoy bread that's still warm from the oven.
Community
Dandenong is our home. We've seen generations of families grow up eating our bread, and we're honoured to be part of the fabric of this community.
